The Delaware Thoroughbred Racing Commission (DTRC) regulates the sport of Thoroughbred and Arabian racing in Delaware. Racing is conducted at Delaware Park, which has been in existence since 1937. The Commission publishes an annual report which summarizes its activities and programs. These annual reports contain statistical information as well as noteworthy photographic highlights during the racing season.
