Connecting Delaware Farms and Schools

Delaware student in green sweatshirt picks up a sample of Delaware Grown apple cider from a table served by school nutrition staff, with local produce available in the background. The Delaware Farm to School Program is looking forward to growing and diversifying the base of Delaware and regional producers selling to schools and other institutions. No producer is too small, and participation is free!

One of our main goals is to help connect farmers and buyers in our schools and other state institutions and streamline internal purchasing processes. We have developed a list to help state institutions identify local producers and the products they grow and raise as part of Delaware’s Farm to School Program. This list is updated regularly, so bookmark this page and check often to see what local products are available.
