The Consumer Milk Choice Act, signed into law on September 26, 2024, legalized the sale and distribution of raw milk in Delaware under the oversight of the Delaware Department of Agriculture. The Delaware Department of Agriculture is committed to supporting milk choice in Delaware through the Act’s implementation and expects to begin permitting facilities in the first half of 2025.
