With the high demands for the Registered Serviceperson program, the Weights and Measures section is now allowing reciprocal registration for technicians registered in another state. Applicants not licensed in other states still must pass the Delaware test, which is available online, demonstrating proficiency with NIST HB 44 and Delaware Code (Title 6, Chapter 51), and comply with other registration regulations.
