Requests for interpreter services for any of the documents on this webpage can be made by calling the Food Products Inspection Administrator at 302-698-4545. The Administrator will set up a third-party call between the interpreter and LEP person to review and discuss any critical information. Also, an “I Speak” poster is displayed on the Food Products Inspection Administrators Office Door and in each of the Delaware Meat and Poultry Inspection establishments, where recipients of and applicants for inspection services may visit.

Any person who believes he or she or any specific class of individuals has been subjected to discrimination by the Delaware Food Products Inspection program or believes that the Delaware Department of Agriculture (DDA), Food Products Inspection section is otherwise non-compliant with the provisions of an applicable civil rights requirement may file a complaint with the DDA or the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Office of Civil Rights.
