Per the Nutrient Management Law, each person required to maintain a nutrient management or animal waste management plan shall complete and return an annual report to the Nutrient Management Program by March 1 of every calendar year.

Delaware/Maryland 4R Alliance Survey for Annual Report

The Program has developed a short, online video tutorial to educate participants about the questionnaire, what it means for their operation and Delaware, and how to fill out the questionnaire accurately. Staff is also available to answer questions if a farmer needs assistance while completing the questions.
